i'm sure some of you guys have been following the slow release of Rev for the iPhone... after some long delays it finally came out. I haven't seen any other customer videos yet, so thought you guys might be interested:

for those who don't know... rev is a wireless OBDII viewing/logging app for the iPhone. It shows you all the OBDII info about your car.. you can log data, export it to excel. It has all the normal accelerometer/gps based features that other apps have... you can also check/clear engine codes.

Wait did you say wireless as in no interface cable?? Truly sick if'n that's the case. I've been using dynolicious on my iPhone and it's good but I will definitely check this out. Good find!

correct it's wireless to the phone. You have to buy a obd-II->WLAN to plug into the obdII port (from their website). But nothing actually hooks up to your phone.

Pricing is $49.99 for the app and a (almost as much as my iPhone)... $229 if you get it from the developer; they are backordered for a while. I might wait for some more reviews or an app update.

It's not that long, you can just wrap the cord up and tuck it under the dash somewhere. The wireless signal is pretty strong... check out this video:
