Code P0441???

Got the code pulled up and looked it up in the Bentley's program. This is what bentley's says:
EVAP System

Checking Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve -N80- EVAP canister system checking for proper seal Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) system diagnostic leak test Note Overview of component locations
I just did the vacuum line delete job. How do I fix this and what does it mean?

you have a leak somewhere... what exactly did you take out?

did you remove the solenoid located near the airbox with the electrical connection, often this unit fails and throws a code, if you removed it just plug it back in, if it is still there, then it may be defective, it is next to the check valve.

You cannot just delete the vacuum system...

The code is there because the N80 purge valve is not sending a signal to the ecu. If you plug it back in, it will send the incorrect signal and you will still get a code

Perform Basic Setting
Check Pipes between Tank Breathing and Throttle Body

bump because i got the same code after doing the DIY vac. line removal. kinda pissed because the DIY says you wont throw a CEL unless you remove the SAI system (which i didnt). would like some input from anyone else in the same boat as me. thanks

EDIT: can i fix this by putting a check valve back in a hooking it up to a boost/vac source?

make sure the evap solenoid valve is still pluged in and I would leave the check valve next to it as well (the solonoid is located between the air box and the shock tower). The evap solenoid tends to go bad, so it may be a coincidence. Start with that.

you fucks never search, if you searched you would find that p0441 is related to your evap canister and leak detection pump
its literally the first diy in the tech forum... really pathetic that you can criticize us for not helping you when you wont even help yourself.
