    Re: VW Wheel Opinion

pretty similar to what a passat would look like with the same wheels... except much more ballerish since its not a passat.

if its from a jetta then be careful, i know we dont share the same bolt pattern as those

I like them, but not in a 16".

If you are using them for winter, fine, but all year long NFW.

    Re: VW Wheel Opinion

Thanks for the opinions guys. I checked and the bolt pattern is the same for these wheels so that should be an issue.

...Mark... - is it just a size thing? I am stuck with 16' for now as I just bought new summer rubber..

Actually for a winter setup you want a bigger side wall so 16's would be ideal. All i'm saying is that for a summer set up i personally would want a bigger rim. Now if you are saying that you have summer tires to swap onto that rim, then it is what it is. Its not a bad looking rim at all, i just personally would want atleast a 17 if i had your car if not an 18 for a summer setup though but if its not in your budget, i can appreciate that.

Bottom line, i like the rim, just think it would look better on your car if it was an inch or two bigger..

    Re: VW Wheel Opinion

Are those wheels from a new Jetta? If so I think they look decent, I swapped the wheels from my Jetta on the Audi and rolled around on them for a while. Looked pretty OEM.

    Re: VW Wheel Opinion

Yeah they are Jetta rims. I think they would look good on it with an Audi center cap and with the car lowered an inch. Too bad I cant use the tire pressure sensors that come with them, anyone know anybody that might want those?

    Re: VW Wheel Opinion

The bolt pattern is the same as mine, so I dont think I should have to do anything for adapters unless I missed something
