    Revo Stage 2

I did some searching but I couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for. I am looking to go Revo stage 2 and was wondering if you need to have a high pressure fuel pump in order to do so. I currently have intake, exhaust, diverter valve, will that be enough to run stage 2 without getting fuel cuts?

I'm asking this because I was looking at Revo's website and this is what they list for the bolt ons you need to go stage 2.

    An aftermarket performance exhaust system
A 4 bar fuel pressure regulator
    An optional aftermarket diverter valve
    And a Revo SPS

The fuel pressure regulator is throwing me off because I don't think it's the same as a fuel pump, or is it? I know APR offers stage 2 which doesn't require a fuel pump and then they have a fuel pump file to take you to stage 2+. Hopefully Revo does it the same way. Hopefully someone who's 100% sure can tell me soon since I'm going up there on my lunch break. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Re: Revo Stage 2

i was flashed with revo stage two with just a cat back exhaust. I experienced mild fuel cut at that point. nothing too bad, the performance was still amazing. as soon as i added the test pipe the fuel cut got much worse for some reason. And you are correct, revo has a program specifically for the fuel pump. that is what will take you to 2+.

Thanks for the quick response... I modified my search a little bit and was able to find this.

That pretty much answers my question...
I think I'm going to go with the Stage 2 and hope for no fuel cuts. I'll probably upgrade my fuel pump in the next few months to the AWE pump and get the fuel pump file from Revo. Does anyone know how much a fuel pump installation will set me back?

    Re: Revo Stage 2

Yea..Revo make STAGE 2 + for the hpfp file...I also so fuel cut more once I added the testpipe BUT this is prob due to the higher performance I received as well.

HPFP and Revo STAGE 2+ file i heard makes a world of difference. I plan to do it ASAP.

    Re: Revo Stage 2

I am pretty sure that the fuel cuts after adding the testpipe are due to the turbo baing able to spool faster,,,,hence needs a little more fuel..

Well yeah it does take a big hit if your pushing it but if your easy on it, then it stays the same. I havent been able to get over 350 miles per fill up since i have gotten the upgrade. Its hard to lay off when it just picks up and goes.

Dang, im going to be hurting once i get my stage 3!!! Im sure it will be worth it though!! lol

    Re: Revo Stage 2

stage 2 is at a minimal a test pipe, which is what is really needed for stage 2.

Exhaust, hpfp, etc is an option, but recommended. Stage 2+ is HPFP

I am stage 2 and no hpfp, but have everything else.

    Re: Revo Stage 2

So now i'm at Stg II as well!!!
It's good stuff for sure..spools like a BAMF!
However I think it is indeed just to patch the code thrown by the TP
because my boost is still right around 20psi (just like before the Stg II flash)
so I"m guessing, (as suspected) that this modding will never end!
It's time to work towards the HPFP
    although no fuel cut yet????

Does anyone know if the settings on F B and T change when stg II flash happens? I think mine are at 7 4 and something?
What is the diff between 1 and 2 with these settings if any?
