Re: Time for a new clutch...

i'm picking mine up tomorrow with a southbend stage 3. seems to be a solid choice. they don't make a flywheel for our cars yet apparently... only the oem part. although i could be wrong. can anyone confirm?
VW Touareg V10 TDI. Don't mess.

    Past: Stg. 2+ B7 2.0T, B6 A4 1.8T, Allroad 2.7T 6spd (<-monster), Chevys, Jeeps, and a Nissan.

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you, Body kits and decals are how much of a mess you leave on the wall.

i have the stage 2 from southbend and love it (its rated for 300hp/300tq)... you can send your flywheel to southbend and they will make a lightweight version of it (i think others have done that, so they might already have measurements in their systems)...
ps - i ordered my clutch through AWE
GIAC-X 91 / EVOMS Intake / APR Exhaust / ATP Testpipe / AWE Intercooler / Stage 2 South Bend Clutch Kit / VMR 710 GM / Neuspeed Springs (coils soon) / Depo Projectors w. MTECs / Reiger roof wing / JPUSA rear lip / debadged / Tint
