    what do i need to buy and what software do i buy so i can scan and log my car. im new to this vagcom thing. someone point me in the right direction. id like to be able to adjust things if possible

    All you need is:

    - Lap top
    - Vag - Com cable
    - Vag - Com software

    That's it. Go to Ross-Tech's website to buy the Vag-Com software.

    Me too....just got the USB cable for use with Lemmiwinks(revo) and Ross-tech. This is the best info I have for Revo(link), but still cant say for certain what to do. Maybe everyone can list their settings based on what parts they have? As for the logging, I cant find any software, for free, that shows your Air fuel ratios, boost, timing, o2 voltage, and the like to manage the settings.
