Will a Stasis Downpipe fit?

I have part of a Britalman exhaust from Creative Autoworks (I know, long story) that I can't install without a downpipe.

Anyway from pictures the Stasis downpipe looks like it might very well fit, the flanges look very similar. What do you guys think?

nah manual and I don't have a Stasis downpipe to test fit.
