Whats the deal with early 06's that have NAV systems with "no telephone installed"?

I have not been able to find any info on this. Can I buy what ever is missing to have it work with my cell's bluetooth?

If you have RNS-e, you probably have integrated phone and bluetooth compatibility.

The bluetooth connects your phone to your car speakers and the integrated phone does the same, but also lists contacts and addresses in your nav screen. In your center console, there should be a connection/mount. You need to purchase the mount that corresponds with your phone (from where, I have no idea). I'm pretty sure this will charge your phone too.
