what fog light bulb does the 4.2 use? my car didn't come with the owners manual

Ummmm yeah, its a H3. That is what my 01 4.2 uses.

thanx stampy. do you have hids or halogen yellow bulbs in your fogs?

3K HID's. They work great cause the 4.2 actually has a small projector in the foglight housing. The beam pattern it produces has a great cut off and lights the road very well. I posted some pics a few months ago. If you search HID FOG, you should be able to find the pics.
