That price isn't too bad, I just think its a bad time to sell anything right now.

It's the economy. Plus, there are a LOT of Audis, and used cars in general, for sale right now. Basic supply and demand principles are in effect, and prices on used cars have been dropping fast. Buyers are taking the same approach to cars as they have been to other kinds of expendable spending - wait until the price comes down.

And selling a car on the forums is not the best anyway, because your buyer pool, while technically comprised of "enthusiasts", is still very small relative to the general population. Put it on eBay and Autotrader and Craig's list as well if you haven't already.

P.S. - realistically no matter how nice the car is, there is no way to get top dollar right now. Price it to sell fast and it will; otherwise you'll lose the same amount, if not more, by having to wait it out and come down on the price anyway.

right on, i always like to post on enthusiast sites first to gauge interest. i am watching a few on ebay right now to gauge the market. i agree that anything that is a good deal now is selling - nothing is commanding top dollar.
