Just need to vent.
missed my school's shuttle bus twice in two days due to the delay/troubles of the commuter rail and red line subway.

Tuesday, got up 5:50am to catch the 6:36 train. train was darn slow so the ride took longer. got on the subway at 7:15 would have caught the shuttle bus if the red line ran right! Conductor announced that we have a delay due to a problem with another train, so we stoped here and there for a total of 5 mintues. both the subway and commuter rail can't get shit right. pissed off and missed two classes, great start.
Today, went to catch the subway 30 minutes before the shuttle bus leaves Harvard SQ. Red Line came late and then couldn't get its door open at one of the stop. wasted 4 mintues. Needless to say I missed the shuttle bus again and missed another class. It only takes fucking 15 minutes for the subway to deliver me to the shuttle bus!!! WTF
I was counting seconds when riding the subway.
What pisses me off is that I gave enough time but the trains/subway aren't reliable. The most important is I want to have a good start in school but I have missed total of 3 classes.
MBTA sucks ass, some of the tax I pay goes to bail them out because they have been running with a deficit for few years. Great system!!! Yeah
I had good intention to save the earth and consume less energy but now I have lost all my faith to public transportation.
I am going to drive the car like I stole it now, i am done baby'ing it. It sucks down green bills anyway.

MBTA must be going down hill, sucks to hear. In the few years I lived there I only ever had two major issues with MBTA and both involved being stuck in the tunnel and waiting for the next train to push it along. That was also green line which is much crappier than the red.

you know, if you go to South Station, there will always be a line which people get cash redemption for the tickets that MBTA sent them due to longer delays.
last week I was going to work and took the 8:36 train and it was late the whole freaking week.
