Clicking/ticking sound from the suspension/wheel area. Any ideas?

I've been having a clicking/ticking sound from a suspension part or a wheel. I hear a tick with every revolution of the wheel. I have a feeling that it's the right front wheel, but I'm not 100% positive. It's louder/more pronounced on right-hand turns.

I've taken the wheel off and looked at the suspension, everything looks great. The wheels are straight, there are no bubbles on the tires, the car aligns properly. I'm stumped. Anybody have an idea what it could be?

Cv boot if it's not the tires. I had the same problem and got it fixed but the sound was still there. Turns out it was the tire so I rotated the tire to the back. Now it's almost unnoticable

I've had a torn CV boot on my allroad before and it caused vibration under acceleration. I checked my CV boots, but they all look like new. No leaks, etc.

Try doing some parking lot full lock u-turns and see if the noise gets worse. It could be the CV joints even with an intact boot. That, or wheel bearing.
