Compartment next to the hazard button

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Is stuck. Anyone have suggestions besides taking it to Audi (I have paraphernalia in there[like 3 grams of bud]). I don't really like carrying it in my car. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hahaha...that will teach you.

p.s. 3 grams seems like an awful lot for that little drawer. Better hope you can get to it before it dries out!

Re: Compartment next to the hazard button

Haha a similar thing happened to me two days ago. I keep mine in a tuperware container. I had the container plus my radar detector in the compartment under my seat and the compartment would open about an inch but was getting stuck on the container. Finally after about 5 minutes and a lot of jiggling, I was able to get my smoke on. Good luck bro!

my got jammed the other day as well, audi fixed mine however. I had a pack of gum in mine, no paraphanelia. I know better than to stick it somewhere in the car. Bad experience. Its seems like that draw is as horrible a design as the e-brake under the arm rest! Come on Audi!!!

i love the e-brake under the arm rest... coming from a crowd of wannabe drift stars that like that to randomly pull your E-brake right before a turn... makes a handy guard.

Girl i knew throught it was cute to clean my car and put my chapstick in that compartment. She shut it closed, tight... never could push open so it could re-open. What i did was stick a spackling coating knife (very thin, flexible metal) and pryed it up and down once.. it popped open with no sweat.

I agree, but as of right now its better than the spot we have now, which technically could be considered b&e.
