Is brake fluid part of Sched. Maint before 80k?

I'm getting my 80k service done today and I asked about the brake fluid. The tech said you should get that replaced every 2-3yrs. I have done every scheduled maintenance but I don't recall if the brake fluid has ever be included.

Q. is the brake fluid replacement included in the sched. maint before 80k?

Q. Should you get that done every 2-3yrs?

If I recall, Audi changed the brake fluid on my '03 A4 as part of the 40K mile maint.

yes, they offered it to me included in my 40k but i was swapping rotors and fluid anyway so i told them dont worry about it
