Hey Guys, do think this suspension setup will be too stiff for daily driving in SoCal?

Stasis Motorsports 750lb/in front and 900lb/in rear.

    Any opinions would be appreciated.

I'll have 700f/1000r on my b6 in a few days and I'll let you know

The fella I bought em from had them on his B7 and loved it (LA area).

Sounds good. I've heard of people running 900/1100 in LA.

My car is a little lighter than the B6, but it would be great to hear some of your opinions of the ride once you have them installed.

That's gong to be pretty stiff. 600/700 is our normal street recommendation and that's really nice as a daily. It all depends on what you're trying to do with the car. If it's going to spend a lot of time on the track then these rates will work very well. If you don't like them you can always change the rates.

I've only got about 50 miles driven since I've put them on... (700/1k) but I must say I have zero regrets. I still need to raise the car up a bit more and do some more tweaking, but the ride is simply fantastic. I've ridden in caged 2500lb dsms and evos that feel solid as a rock over bumps... This is not like that at all... It's perfect for the street IMHO.

Keep in mind, B5 and B6/7 chassis use very different spring rates. Try not to compare the two as the rear springs on a B6/7 car will be significantly stiffer.

B5 a4 would be nice as a daily driver with 650fr/750rr

    B6/7 A4 would be nice with 650fr/1100rr

Hey guys, thanks for the input.

I'll be giving you a call Jason. I've got some other questions and need to order a resevoir mount.

I will be tracking the vehicle more and more as I learn how to drive the vehicle properly and as my modifications progress (i.e. brakes, clutch and diffs)
