Clutch is going. What are my options?

So I need to replace my clutch. Might as well upgrade it right?

What are my options? Southbend, Sachs, anything else?

And where can I purchase these products?

I've seen that clutchmasters have a few applications for our car. I wish to try their stage 2 when mine dies.

Re: Clutch is going. What are my options?

    Thanks for the info.

I'm at 40k miles. Only upgrades are chip, exhaust and intake.
I killed the clutch 2 or 3 times when I first got it so I'm pretty sure that's why its going out on me now.
I've never launched but I hit boost quite often, especially on the highway.

Re: Clutch is going. What are my options?

also my opinion is that avants' clutches will go a little sooner normally because they are heavier and on top of that usually carry a bigger load sense people get avants usually for that purpose. of you have a heavier car it will put more stress on the clutch. im assuming audi puts the same clutch on the avant that they do on the sedan.

Re: Clutch is going. What are my options?

I didn't fully release the clutch a few times while making a left turn. Don't ask why, I don't know.

My rpm's are fluctuating sometimes and the car isn't moving. Boost is showing normal. I don't know but it doesn't always happen. I floored in it 1st 2nd and 3rd and nothing happened but on the highway in 4th 5th and 6th it's fluctuating. But for the last few days it was fine, all the gears would pull. So I don't know, but I'm not showing any cels or anything and the engine seems fine.

Re: Clutch is going. What are my options?

my cars at 52k and i used to launch all the time. sometimes when ive been driving for a while i think the clutch heats up and i experiance that same thing with the clutch being fully out but the car is reving higher than its actually moving the wheels at. but thats been happening for thousands of miles. pretty much sense i bought the car at 41k. i bet you still have alot of life on your clutch. but if you want a heavier and more racey clutch (like i would love to have) i say just get it now to make yourself happy ;)
