    Random garage rant

So today I wanted to change my fuel filter, went to pick it up at the dealer and while driving back home and thinking about all the slush and dirty snow that was going to fall on my face, I decided to stop by this garage that was around the corner from my house.

I get there and the guy didn't even know on what side the fuel filter was so I guided him thru and when he gets to actually removing the C-Clips holding the fuel lines he tells me he doesn't have the tool so he can't do it. Bope okay then, so I take the car to this other garage that's close in my neighborhood... Same thing and to finish it off, it took it to another place on my way back home and him too, couldn't change it.

They all complained how it was an "Audi"...

WTF?! It's an Audi not a fkin space shuttle!

I changed my timing belt and controls arms in my own garage without any special tools and these guys can't change a freeking fuel filter?!

Those clips ARE a pain in the ass I did mine this past weekend. But there are no special tools required or anything? Sound like they were just completely clueless

Yeah the clips looked shitty to take off but I guess you just need to pry the two ends out and pull in same time with a small flat head screw driver. What kills me is the slush, I just cant do anything on my car because of it!

I stared at the clips for AWHILE lol. But once you figure them out it's pretty easy.
