    Creative Autoworks? James?

    Does anyone know what happened to these guys, I think they may have gone out-of-business? Long story short...I had to pay for a $250 part that was, most likely, damaged during their “professional” installation. They never told me it was broken, and attempted to “fix” the problem with glue and extra washers! I feel sad, and a little angry...

    I remember calling those retards up years ago for a quote on a chip...they still haven't gotten back to me...look at my car now Creative...LOL

    Search Creative Autoworks on the forum...you'll be sickened by how many people they have ripped off.

    alright, i guess i might spill the 411 on them. same location. different name. i cant remember exactly what their name is but i think its like automotive concierge or something like that. you didnt hear from me...

    WOW! That's ridiculous. Fairly new to the forum (and Audi's) but gonna get some work done on my A3. Heard good things about Group 5, good choice in shops around SD? Any other recommendations? (Not trying to steal the thread)

    no no no lol, Import Auto Specialists is the shop right next door. the creative signs are finally down. creative used to share the shop with DDM (they do bulbs and stuff). but now DDM owns a majority of the shop and shares it with "creative". hes still there. just new name ...

    People - stay away from Creative or the Creative follow on.
    There are so many horror stories on these forums - they should be in jail by now. If Horrible Customer Satisfaction was a Felony.
