whenever I see someone with black painted stock wheels I always assume that they really wanted different wheels but since they cannot afford them they decided to paint their stock wheels black in order for the car to look modded or more sporty.

to me that is half-assed modding and always comes off as cheap. but if you love the oem wheels, and want them black, do what makes you happy. it's just my opinion that it comes off as cheap.

god forbid someone doesnt have the money to drop (on the cheaper side even) 1000$ on wheels. that is just soooo uncool. yes that is the point, you want a different look but cant afford wheels yet. nothing wrong with that in my opinion.

no worries guys , i have a set of 18 inch 5 spoke S4 rims on the way. OEM look and a nice drop. i'm also looking into 19 inch CH's
