REVO Test run

Has anyone done this before? I heard the software takes a while to kick in, although that doesn't make sense to me... Would love some feedback on people who have done the trail run.

it does take a bit to kick in, but huge difference once trial is over.

basicly its a 5 hour demo (5 hours of driving) and when its over your car goes back to stock. The real thing feels even better than the demo but the trial is insanely fun and well worth it. I got demo'd just for the hell of it, I wasn't planning to ever get a chip and I got the chip a couple weeks later because I loved the demo so much hahaha

works every time. i work at a APR dealer here in indiana and we always offer the 6 hour trial if they are just getting repairs and we have had every person come back and buy it

The problem is that once you know what your car is capable of, when you go back to stock mode youre left saying "Wheres the torque?"

The gains from the trial will be noticed instantly. There is some adaptation with any software including stock even after it has been reset say clearing codes. The delay however is not as noticeable on turbocharged cars because most of the boost adjustment is instant as well as the associated timing and fuel, if it were an NA application with just timing and fuel adjustments that is where you notice a little more over a day or two of driving.

Also the trial is 5 hours of drive time not straight time. So if you drive home a half hour and drive it just a little each day you can get a few days out of it. 5 hours drive time is a decent amount for things to adapt.

The full versions generally will make a little more power and also with more time to adapt, they can adjust to your car better.

Got the car back and I can't tell you how happy I am. Mike has got to be the coolest mechanic in the business. Great prices, good advice, fair, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to get your business. I could never imagine going anywhere and so long as I own an Audi, I wont.

As for the Revo test run. HOLY SH"T!!! Every time I punch it, the car just seems to be getting faster and faster. I am already hooked and I have only driven the car for 20 minutes. DANG YOU MIKE!
