URS4/6 1992-1997 performance chip needed

Hello i am searching for a good performance chip for my audi s6 1997. I want either TAP stage 2,3,4 chip or MTM or motorsport034 chip.

I'd stay away from TAP. What about intended acceleration, MRC or GTQ?

I would also stay away from TAP..several friends had BAD luck
I have had MTM's chip for about 105k and am now switching to MRC RS2 chip.

MTM was awesome and I have great confidence in Minhea and Bob!!!

I love my MTM, but then again I don't know enough about the other options to say much else. I do know that these big cars need a software upgrade of some kind to really come alive.

is that gtquattro the real deal? stage 3 is $315???? for 325 hp?! sounds like a steal!

Yes it's the real deal if you're interested shoot Ben an e-mail. But to run the stage chip I'm sure you would need bigger injectors/FPR and turbo.

Interesting, I sent Ben an email, thanks for you help guy, you guy know a little bit about motorsport034 stage 1+ that comes with 2 chip, vmap, and wastegate spring?

I can't comment on the 034 chip set first hand but I'm sure someone with the chips could chime in.

I have the 034 Stage 1+ chipset. The package comes with: the chips(duh?), 034Motorsport RS2 injectors, 1,9bar wastegate spring, 3bar map sensor(in ECU). I sent them my ECU, they socketed the ecu, installed the chips, installed the 3bar map sensor. Car runs great, nice powerband (3in exhaust and fmic did alot to help too) Car holds 15psi, overboost to 22psi, moves very nice. I might be selling the injectors and the chipset in a month or so, tossing the idea of a turbo change around.

I switched from TAP to IA stage 3 and I noticed a huge improvement. Spools up faster, holds boost longer and the curve is nice and smooth. The Tap chipset was completely opposite. Piece of junk in my mind.
