    Sat Radio Clarification

Ok, I've searched, but I'm still not sure on a few things.

First, I got my 06 used, and when I press the Sat Radio button, on my non-bose symphony radio, it says "No Sat Radio". Does that mean I have the tuner and I need to get a subscription or that I need the tuner?

Second, since it's an 06, I assume I have the dual connector and not the single connector.

Third, if I don't have the tuner installed, that means after I install the4 tuner, I need to flip some switch or something like that. I tried viewing the pdf regarding this, but the link is dead. Can anyone be more specific on what I need to do to let my radio know I have a sat tuner..something with the CANBUS??

    Thanks!

No your gonna need a tuner. Go to your audi stealerships parts dept, and with your vin number, write down the part number that you'll need to get the correct module. They cost between 250-500 for one. Get the part number and i rec searching ebay for one or i could sell you mine in 11 months when my lease is up

Use this write up to see if you even have the module. I just installed the siruis module in my car a few weeks ago. Took less than 30 minutes to install, switch the canbus and calling to activate.
