    BBS CH Replica Wheels

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I don't know if this is a repost, but I stumbled across these and figured I'd pass it on to anybody out there who loves the look of the BBS CH wheel but can't afford the hefty new and used pricetag. I'm not a huge fan of em, but these look like a very well done replica.

    Re: BBS CH Replica Wheels

I wonder if it's a pic of a real wheel though. I couldn't notice any differences. I can can spot other BBS reps a mile away. I've singled out a few things that make it obvious for others but can't find anything here. They look great, especially for the price.

Well, I don't see any BBS imprints on the replica. The real CH def has them

*sigh* just a matter of time before BBS puts them out of business like they did with all the LM replicas.

    Re: BBS CH Replica Wheels

i like the LM a lot more than the CH. imo, the CH has too much center section (hub area). i would prefer a more aggressive fork. OZ Ultra's are lightweight double 6-spokes that look good. i found they are available through OZ in 5 or 6 different colors including race gold, race white, matt graphite silver, crystal titanium, and matt black. and the serie rossa:

possibly might look good with some colors (definetely not red/red).

    Re: BBS CH Replica Wheels

Good find, im really not opposed to replica wheels, i cringe everytime i hit a bump or pot hole with my wheels and cracked my superleggeras on just a bumpy road :( . .
The weight is probably a killer on these though.

I was going to jump on that deal. I asked them for a phone number so I could call and place an order and they told me that I could only purchase them through paypal. Also the auction has been canceled. I guess ebay stepped in bc of the whole bbs logos...

Obvious things are absense of BBS logo, as well as the 5 small holes between the mounting holes.

    Re: BBS CH Replica Wheels

I bought these 2 weeks ago. They do actually say bbs ch025 on the lip and the center caps are very high quality. The only difference between these and the real ones is that these have a slightly shallower dip in the center around the cap whereas the real ones have a more aggressive dip. Other than that they are great and weigh about 25 lbs. I was hoping they wouldn't surface tho.. Now everyone is going to have them..
