Anyone have pictures of their cars with different spring setups?

I want to get some springs for a while until I get a set of coilovers, which is probably when the stock shocks go out. I want to get a feeling of ride height of the different springs out there... I've searched and read the faqs, none of which had the answer I am looking for. I have sline suspension.

Don't have pictures. But i do have some advice. If you plan on getting coils in the near future. I would just save up the money you would spend on your springs and get the right setup the first time.

I can get a set of good springs for 100-190, plus I don't want to waste my stock shocks.. I want to save money now and run my stock shocks until they're bad.. and then get coils.. the car just looks too high in the front right now..

Save your money. If you spend $200 on springs, then its gonna take you $200 longer to save up for coils. Just do it right the first time. Seriously. The end result will be well worth the wait

lol I understand.. I sell car parts.. so I get them very cheap..(not 200 on springs) I just want to spend a little to get the car to look better at the moment..... looks like nobody has pics...

and i HAVE the money to buy coils.. I just want to utilize my stock shocks.. and not spend the money at the moment.. so I can use it somewhere else... If I buy springs.. which is like $100-$150, I can use them for say 30k-50k miles.. Thats the amount of mileage I save on my coilovers.. that is worth the petty cash.. plus I won't feel bad wasting those nice factory shocks..

If you really want to get coilovers, I would only save for them. Just think about what you want out of the suspension though.

I've owned coilovers before, and decided this time I only want springs again. So I'm on H&R springs with oem sport shocks.

neuspeed sport springs... it a little lower in person. pictures always exaggerate a drop and the shadows by the tires make it difficult to judge also. but it still gives you a good idea

I put Eibach pro-kit springs with 700 miles on non-sport shocks. After 7k miles, the ride got really harsh and jittery/bouncy. On a certain stretch of road the headlight beams were bouncing up and down at a very rapid frequency.

The ride height is bothering me less and less.. I have the sline suspension so its not monster truck status.. I am looking into used springs now though.. so if anyone is selling?

Install costs differ shop to shop. I paid too much for mine but you should be in the 200-400 range I would think for most places. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong

that is really high. if people have high labor rates and they work VERY SLOW then that rate seems right

the shop that did mine had one guy working on it and he had a lift. got it done in 55 minutes. charged me 70 bucks. and he is a certified tech...not some guy who just works and trys to figure out what's hes doing

funny you should ask.. that was stock fuel pump with APR Stg 2 91oct and that was also with major fuel pump issues at 5,800 rpm.. I woulda made more if I had the HPFP.. which.. I don't plan on getting til this one dies on me. I do have quite a few supporting mods though.. TP, intake, FMIC, etc

lol you wouldn't imagine the power loss during the fuel issue..
