New Best Track Time

Ok so I went to the local 1/8 mile drag to see what the car is running like now that I am back from Iraq. I was consistently running 9.0xx's but my best time was a 8.749, not sure what that equals on a 1/4 mile track.

Was making the local Camaros, Mustangs and pretty much any car not all wheel drive look bad off the line, even some evo's. Well.......there is a silver evo that is a lauch monster that I can't beat off the line.

Some of the cars might catch me in the 1/4 mile but who cares I was having fun. Just thought I would share.

That would be a great time. I will see about getting up to the 1/4 mile track, but it is a hour or so away. This time I'll borrow a video camera. I have a digital with video, but the video feature is not so great.

I thought I might add that the temperature was about 39 degrees at the track. Got to love that cold air.

If the times that were estimated above are accurate and I could get those numbers on paper, I would be the fastest (known) stock turbo A4. That would be pretty cool.
