How much trouble would this be...?

Just for S&G, I was wondering really quick how much trouble it would be swapping my 3.0 for a 1.8 and building up a BAT setup or something similar? Anyone know generally what I would have to do, other than find a donor?

Yeah, but I really like mine, and all the 1.8t's I've seen for sale are base packages; Not the USP....

Yeah, that's a bit far for me. I'll probably just keep mine.

I figured it will be. I was just curious though. I honestly doubt I will do it. I just miss going fast. I can't wait for the summer so I can get back on my bike.

Yeah... makes me wish I didn't live in an area that got so cold. I'd be riding year 'round.

Re: How much trouble would this be...?

You should be able to sell your 04 USP 3.0 and pick up an 04/05 USP 1.8T for very little transaction cost. They are around, few in the classifieds, ect. Any non-drivetrain mods you have can be swapped over.

^ agreed just add a lil boost to the 3.slow... no need for a donor car, little modification necessary
