he wants to go 500hp with everything you need to go there

That turbo is "capable" of 500hp...

You could get the GT3582R which is "capable" of 600hp. If this car is FWD I don't see the point though. You will be spinning the wheels a ton and pulling out sucks as well. If it's AWD that's another story :)

Either way, a 3076R is what you need on race gas, a 35R will ensure it

Pistons will be fine if it's for an S3. But I'd upgrade the rods, only weak component from what I've been told.

We have done 509 to two wheels with the ATP GT3071R kit on 93 octane with water/meth.

This was stock compression JE pistons and forged rods, intercooler, injectors and exhaust. Everything else was basically stock.

Also this was at only about 26psi of boost.

What I would look into first is who will tune it and what they are capable of working with.

There are options that may make you more overall power but the next jump is the 3076 which spools about 800 rpm later, which starts to get to the annoying point when it comes to lag.

and with that kit you can choose to exclude the downpipe assembly (and get your own, presumably a custom one or one from your exhaust kit, which you'd need) you can also upgrade the turbo to a bigger one, so i don't really see the problem with choosing that kit.

not to mention you'd need a custom tune, fmic, upgraded rods/pistons, injectors, and exhaust.

and presumably brakes and suspension so you can actually drive the thing...

So you don't want to get ATP's kit because the downpipe doesn't fit? If you are looking for 500whp the DP should be the least of your worries. Fabricate your own perhaps....

I blame Audi for not having the S3 in NA. Pretty sure ATP makes a bt kit for an s3...double fail on me for linking an A3 kit. whatever your right im wrong

the tuning options hare in Israel are not much
we have 2 tuners (one of them is friling racing)that can tune this car... i hope

Any way at the moment we're checking an option of building the kit with the locals fabricatores,
TIG-ART probebly custom made the DP and manifuld ... haven't decided about who will tune it

The greatest qualifying statement in the original post is the fact that the motor is TFSI...

Putting together a proper 500WHP hardware setup for the 2.0T is entirely possible, however it will take quite a bit of work for the tuners get get all of the programming sorted out...

The architecture is there, the tuners have the code broken down, TFSI will make mad crazy power once folks get to installing the BAT setups.

Thanks Adam. On my MKV I plan on maybe Stage 3 but with the Sirocco and the New MKVI Coming out soon I might just leave it Stage 2+ and call it a day. I have my A4 Stage 2+ and its pretty kool. Now ... if we get a US S3 .... maybe that might be my next car... other than that... The A3's have really grown on me :)
