classifieds, keep a look out...there were a couple the past couple month selling for 700, a steal, wish i could of grabbed them, instead i choose valeo headlamps, and i must say the light output is much better then the stock, and no i even got clear corners automatically, heh..

You can do it for cheaper than $1000 but be prepared to wait a while (unless you get lucky). Jens (lowestA4) sells sets from time to time or you can piece the set together like I did from eBay and Jens. I just created some saved searches on eBay to alert me when new lights were posted and then bid if the price was acceptable. I would say if you are really patient you could do it for around $500. I almost bought the driver's side from that guy but the timing wasn't right however it's a good deal. On top of that the passenger side housing seems to be alot easier to find than the driver's side. I got mine for $75 and spent another $40 to repair the tabs so not too bad.

Yes! thats my classified ad, The HID parts were purchased from Jens, the headlight housing from ebay. If you look hard enough, you can find headlight housings for around $150 on ebay.

grizzles- no worries, I'm glad you were able to find a good deal on another headlight housing :)

cant i just get the other housing from the dealer as a replacement part insted of waiting for one to turn up..or they dont sell just an empty housing?? help
