Picture or Diagram Request

One of my friends checked out the damage to my car and said i needed to order a drivers side lower control arm and thrust rod. I normally order this stuff from ECS-Tuning, and the only thing is i cant find the thrust rod, he is a BMW tech so i think that is why he called it that.

What im trying to say is i bent both lower arms while hitting a curb cause of black ice, i just need to see a picture or diagram so i can match it up to the ones on ECS tuning. TIA
