throttle body and carb cleaner

why do they all say not for use on turbo, supercharged or diesel cars? i know they cant be used whenh the motor is running, but does the restriction alsop apply if i have removed the throttle body for cleaning?

thanks fellas. car is still up on ramps. have been working on it since wednesday. taking a lot of pics and have learned some thing to add to the DIY's. Especially self installing motor mounts. Waiting my test pipe from Eurocode that i paid for three day shipping, was supposed to be here friday, and never came!
