Just a heads up for anyone who wants to go 1+

Apparently the injectors needed for that program are no longer available. You can still get the tt225's but as far as genesis and siemens are concerned, no one can get ahold of them...So if anyone is thinking about going 1+, odds are, you are going to have to get the tt225 injectors..

I'll be going 1+ the second I get back to the states after my 6month work assignment here in EU region. I wonder if I can source the Siemens ones... if not, I'll just spend the extra coin on the TT225s

^^ good luck to you, one of mine went bad and since i cant get a replacement which is insaine, im going the other route and trying to get it professionally cleaned, Otherwise im goin back to Stage 1 for now until i can get a new one.

They take it apart and clean it and do a dynamic flow test on it, and clean it the normal way plus going back through it the other way....Im hopn this works for me...

there is nothing wrong with running the Bosch TT225 (386cc) injectors as long as your software is designed around them. Seeing as they are an OEM part many of us actualyl prefer them vs some of the other avaliable options out there.

I think the OPs issue with the TT225's is that they cost more then the non-oem ones. Just get a set of TT225's and do it right, Manguyen has the best prices around on them, drop him a PM

There are other options. I got my GIAC 1+ done last week and I'm using these injectors. http://www.reflextuning.com/mk3conte...eling/364.html So far, absolutely NO problems and they are just as good as TT, Siemens, or Genesis IMO. I even purchased them used...

i've heard people have had problems with those injectors on 1+.

They may be OK in Texas. However I have read numerous complaints about the Bosch 380's in colder climates. They tend to stumble pretty bad with cold starts.

1+ recommends the TT225 so why not... In the long run, it's worth the peace of mind too.
