I Am Furious Rite Now......

so I was leaving my friends house at like 3am, and I get to my car to find my left headlight busted and completely out of its socket...at that point I had to tell myself to just stay calm cuz I was on the verge of just exploding. So I pop the hood and put the headlight back in place as best I can, and I start driving home. I get on the freeway and as I'm heading towards the 5/14 split my coolant warning light starts blinking and the temp gauge starts to climb and I see my car start to smoke....its overheating, so I pull over where its safe and turn my engine off. My coolant is just leaking all over and smoking like crazy. At this point it was around 345 and I call audi 24hr roadside assistance. They get to me around 5 am...luckily one of my friends was awake and picked me up.

So at this point, I'm just waiting for the towing company to take my car to the dealership, and I'll just take it from there.

I hope whoever hit my car or fucked with it get's the worst karma ever. I guess its a good thing I'll never find out who hit or messed with my car cuz if i ever did, it wouldn't be pretty and I would prolly be thrown in jail for wut I wanna do to them.

Yea, so I'm thinking about just claiming it through insurance as a hit and run which it really was. Do yall think that's a good or bad idea?

if it's just a headlight, its not worth the hassle and putting a claim in for something petty. just buy some ecodes :)

man that sucks. depending on your deductible, and how much the damage is will let you know if insurance is a good idea or not. but personally i dont think its that bad to claim through insurance

^^I can't even drive my car cuz it will overheat, so I'm guessing theres a crack in my radiator or something.

Coincidence that the car was fucked with by somebody AND you're losing coolant/ overheating??

try to find out where your coolant is leaking from and if its going to cost more than your deductible than have the insurance fix it

Its leaking right next to the radiator.

So ur trying to tell me that the car being hit or fucked with has nothing to do with the coolant leak? I know FOR DAMN SURE that the leak was caused by the hit or whatever they did to my car....aint no question about
