CV axles vs Lowering

as some know i lowered the S4 recently and its pretty low. i drove on it two days before getting an alignment and when i had it up in the air i noticed grease on the inner passenger side cv axle boot cover. i figured its bad no problem ill get another one. but then today i was test fitting my wheels when i noticed the rear driver side outer axle now has a minor leak. but its not torn just coming out from where i meets the axle. is this a common problem when lowering your car too much? am i eventually going to have to replace all four axles just because i lowered my car? will it happen again eventually at this ride height? any help will do, thanks.

If it just barely started leaking you can get away with replacing just the boots and the clamps. If it's ripped wide open and there is contamination then you need to remove the axles, clean the CV joints and then replace the boots or just install remanufactured (or new) axles.
