    Inmotion tuning

just talked with a rep today
seemed very knowladgable ok so here we go
im pretty sure im going to go this route
he told me theyve got 3 cookie cutter tunes?
    base tune
    stage one
    custom race
im going to go with the base tune which puts me at 15-16 psi and for an additional 50 im going to have the speed limiter removed and if i choose another 50 to have the rpms raised? if so what should i have it go to? i dont think this is necessary because the k03 falls flat around 4500-5k so i wouldnt need that extra rev?
i can also pay more to have them push the psi up more but recomends not too because of such a small turbo
the custom tune consists of exact specs for what i want and unlimeted tuning after the first one, they send me the firmware and cable and i do it off my laptop for $500 i dont kno if im planning on doin a bt so that sounds liek i dont need it
    i have also purchased a forge 007dv
    temp and boost gauges
    anybody have experience with inmotion
    dont bash because there small

what kinda tune is the big 3 have in comparison? the psi around the same level? rev limiter etc????

Why would you bump th post after 30 min? Not like it moved but 4 or 5 places. Tune is probably renamed Optican.

    Revo Stg 1
utilizes everything factory, except the DV.

Boost can range anywhere from 16psi - 22 psi on 91 octane gasoline

the boost curve will spike at 2800-3200 rpm and hold 10-12 psi at redline. That's just the efficiency range of the turbo no matter what software you run.

    Good luck.
What price are they asking for the tune?

Post up once you get it done.

OptiCan, Neuspeed, many other names too...

The tuning you are interested in is developed in Europe, I did a slight search and found no Audi owners that have tried it (as INmotion), however I do suspect that it is OptiCan based tuning http://www.opticantuning.com/vehicles.asp

OptiCan tuning is a decent product that was developed in Europe by OBD Tuning GmbH, so it is not specific to US fuel or US spec automobiles, however it works nevertheless.

    Neuspeed sells it for $399

From what I did see online, INmotion USA appears to have GREAT customer service and are very responsive to customers, the only real complaint I have seen is that they sell stuff for much less on eBay and the prices jump up and down from time to time.
