Ziza 4500k bulb set

Okay, first of all, I've searched all over this forum about what I am looking for, and I am new to mods. I like to install Ziza 4500k bulb set on my headlights to replace my yellowish lights. Actually I bought it, but I don't know how to install it. Is this a simple plug and play job on my headlights? SHould I buy ballasts for the bulbs? If so, I will just return them to ECS, and get the OEM Ecode, though, it takes a big money for me. I just wanted to have whiter lights than mine at the cheap cost, not a ghetto mod. Besides, I just thought about cleaning up the inside of covers through a lense place
with a proper stick and cottons to remove moisture and dust. Am I crazy? or Is there anyway to clean up the inside of the headlights in anothe way? Mine is 02 AUDI A4 3.0 and I don't think they are xenon loghts.

so you have xenon headlights and you want your fog lights to have the same look as your headlights. correct?
