You don't have to remove the bumper do you? I just put it back on for the headlight mod! Sheesh. I need a quick shoutout before i lose all my daylight.

The Audi logo center grill, or the lower bumper center grill? You don't have to take the bumper off. Either way, they should just pop out. Just be careful you don't break the tabs when taking them off, just in case you want to put it back on. Good Luck

I've heard it's not necessary to take off the bumper to get at the grille but it makes things a lot easier with it off.

I appreciate you searching for me. I sure as heck can't find it anything other than the guy with the A3 who did it.

ok i can't find it. sucks. but basically you have to take off the filler plate (like 4 or 6 screws underneath) then pry the tabs on the chrome surround - you can see where they are since you've got a new grill you can look at . just be careful cos its supposedly real delicate.
Then i think you pull the grill out a little and you have to get to 2 plastic screws underneath (thats the only reason it's pretty hard and ppl just take the bumper off, i think lol)

then pull the grill towards you some more and it should come off.
thats what i remember anyway so if you destroy your grill trying to do this - uhhh im sorry lol
