transmission clutch problem never heard of

i recently just changed my clutch. when i turn on the car in neutral, it show 5mph. axle would be turning as well. when i step on my clutch pedal all the way down, it would go back to normal. clutch shifter are normal, no problem engaging and disengage gears. when i removed my tranny, i unscrew the pluges of clutch cylinder instead of removing it completely off the tranny. could my problem be the clutch cylinder?

uhh.. kinda hard to get what your saying, BUT basically i am seeing that while in neutral with the clutch pedal not touched your car shows 5mph with the axles turning therefor it moves in neutral? Did you touch your shift linkage at all when doin the clutch?
