    need to find a bolt

    so i was putting my coil pack back in and took the head of the hex bolt right of. where can i find replacement bolts and how would you go about getting the bottom of the bolt out?

    Ironic...I'm also in need of the size of bolt for the coil packs. Any help out there?

    Just pull one of the other coil pack bolts out and take it to the hardware store...?

    I'm pretty sure its an M8 x roughly 15mm long. I'm not 100% sure, but it sounds right.

    As mentioned above just take one bolt out and get one from the stealership (Audi, Porsche, VW) or local hardware store.

    whenever i go to the dealer needing one bolt, usualy one of the techs will run to the garage and grab an extra off someones tool box and give it to me for free. if you need 20 of the bolts they may charge you.

    After leaving the local Ace Hardware empty-handed (surprising for an Ace not to have something), I'll try the dealer on Monday.

    i bought mine from purems. just message them and he can get you the number and all. i had a problem with stripping them so i replaced em all last time i changed my plugs
