    Im assume its some type of filter? Anyone have the answer?

    Kinda looks like it would be for your washer fluid jets....same line thats used on the headlight washers.

    Looks like a check valve, they're pretty fragile and tend to break or wear out. They're $20 or so from the dealer.

    its a 1way valve for the vaccum system. you can get a new one at almost any autoparts store. just make sure you take out the broken fitting from the line before you install the new one
