What MT Fluid Do You Use?

I ask because I have noticed some stiffness in the shifter until the car warms up (usually in temps below 40, but it's been as cold as 0 here), and wonder if I'd be better served changing out the OEM fluid.

Thoughts?

Redline MTL. you should be fine with GL4. the stiffness is normal in cold weather.

I was looking in ELSA to see how much fluid is needed and how to check for low level and this is what it says:

Specified value: Oil level 2 ± 1 mm below upper edge of filler hole.

How is it even possible to be filled above lower edge of the filler hole?
