what size spacers

hey guys on here for my friend, but i need to find out for him since he's too lazy to join here and make a thread, well any way......

he has an 02 manual tt, bilstien coilovers, and 17x8 rims. he needs spacers and isnt sure what size to get up front and out back. thanks for any help!

Too little info from your friend! What is the OFFSET of the 17x8 (rather unusual size I might add).

Your friend can visit this TT offset calcluator and sort out what he needs. But he MUST know his offset ET.

FWIW- I have 18x7.5 ET28 and use 20mm H&R. Tell him to get MTM spacers: hub-centric to Audi and larger diameter for better load bearing.

yeah he doesnt know that shit. hes pretty car illiterate. i mean he came to me and i know for sure he doesnt know the offset. thanks anyway though

Usually the back of the hub on the rim will indicate offset. Saying "ETxx" Let us know and we can help you out.
