Needed clutch alignment tool + recomendation for flywheel resurfacing

If anyone has a clutch alignment tool in the south bay and is willing to let me borrow it, i will pick it up and drop it off.
Also, i called clutch works and asked them how much to resurface my flywheel, she said $40 bucks, i then added its a dual mass flywheel and she told me "you cant resurface a dual mass flywheel" so does anyone know of any places that can do this in the south bay?
