Opinions on my new wheels (Volk LE37's)

I came across a pretty good deal from a local guy selling a set of Volk LE37's with brand new kuhmo ecsta mx's that I couldn't pass up. There super light at about 17lbs a wheel but I'm still not sure how it goes with my car. I used to have a set of RS4 DTM's. I would go outside to take a pictures but its -5 right now with a wind chill of -25 so the best I could do is from my garage. What do you guys think?

That the same thing my GF said. She said the decal make them look cheap and ricey.... I then told her that those stickers cost like $100 to replace. I'm waiting for the right size hubcentric rings to come in before I put them on plus I can't really drive with those tires in winter.

The fasteners on the bumper are the only thing holding it on. I bought the bumper with them already fabricated but there are brackets behind the bumper for each one and I have a screw into the fender holding them tight.

Keep em. Those are some of my favorite wheels. Those are actually the only wheels I would get to replace my current summer setup...I like them a lot. The gunmetal looks great

ya i know they're the only thing holding on the bumper, for easy removal and whatnot. that's what my bike has and I want to do this with my front bumper. couple of turns and it's off/on, that's why i love those fasteners.

Love the car man, and you should definately keep the wheels, and if not sell them to me. Did you ever get it on a dyno? I would love to see a graph with that turbo, I'm like 90% sure thats the one I want to get this summer.

Haven't gotten on a dyno yet. I just upgraded to 1000cc injectors from my 870cc ones so I'll have to re-do the fueling. I'm going to do some head work in the next few months.... cat cams, upgraded exhaust valves, springs, retainers. Once I have everything in I'm gunna hop on a dyno and squeeze everything I can out of some C16 which will most likely be sometime in the spring.

There OEM caps I picked up from the dealer don't remember the exact car they came off of or part number though. OEM caps on my winter wheels also.

i love them. take the decals of and they will be much cleaner, at leat the blue ties into the intercooler connectors

Keep everything as is, wait till spring. Think about coating the wheels then and sit on it till then. Don't get rid of the wheels, they're a great set to have.

I think thats what I'm going to do. Hopefully they'll grow on me more.... I just ordered some new center caps since I wasn't feeling the current ones too much. Maybe that will be the big difference for me.

I have always been a huge fan of the TE37's when I was into Japanese imports.
