Avant Tailgate Window Panel

I have a question for those with avants or experience with them. I removed the inside lower half of the tailgate where its felt carpet, but the inside upper half (plastic around window) I am having trouble with. Not sure if its pop out tabs or what but im afraid to break this piece Any hints on how this baby come off? TIA!

fyi I am working on a reverse camera project with the OEM Q7 liftgate handle and need to run my wires through the hinge into the car and need to get that panel off todo so...
