Ski/snowboard Monday Nights

MONDAY nights at TUXEDO RIDGE (Sterling Forest) has $15 pass to race NASTAR, for their so called Bar League. Open to any one.
It's agood time and funnnnn! I grew up snowboarding there, and for $15 for a few runs, it's worth is to get out there. The race course is easy, they set it up for skiers and boarders. SO............COME OUT and PLAY!

6-6:30 sign up -- 7-7:30 race. 2 runs. Then ride rest of the place till 9-10pm.

If i can get enough people to come we can make an AUDIZINE Team.
If not we can join up with my friends team.

Is it a boardercross type course or tight slalom poles? Just curious but Sterling Forest is just wayy to small of a place for me to make a trip up, but have fun Neil.

Bar League... what's the minimum drink requirement?

Well it's not really a bar league. They base it on a bar league, but Tuxedo Ridge does not have a liquor license. But the sell basd on "donations".
It's open for all ages. I used to race when i was 18, and still doing it at 31. It's fun, and we make fun of the serious skiers.
Yes you race against skiers, but the snowboards get a handicap, and times are based on that plus your age and something else.

Put it this way,,,,,,, i've been doing this for over ten years and NO ONE has beaten me on my board YET!!! So i challenge you to BEAT ME!

Show up at 6pm. Racing starts at 7-7:30. They set the course early so you can take pratice runs too.

Can't really do much to control it, unless you get AAA, then you get the pick the shop

Last night was good conditions, got 2 races in before 7:30 then rode around till 8:30. Good time. Got top boarder time and a Silver Medal. Not bad for the first night of racing.
