Any D3 A8/A8L owners looking to get into a RS4?

Kind of a long shot, but I'm trying to get into something bigger (and cheaper) and have my eyes on a D3 A8 or A8L (with warranty). Not a lot of people looking for RS4s right now, so I thought I'd offer up a trade.
