who makes a 2.75" catback?

i have to get a new catback. the 2.5 inch one (that came with the car when i bought it) that is connected to my 3" DP has the worst bends in it (crush bends). the person that had it before had a custom exhaust made. it was terrible!! it is LOUD as hell and the bends must be just as restrictive as stock...
i cant find a 2.75" anywhere ive looked so far...

I believe you're looking for either a Milltek or Neuspeed exhaust system. There be others but this is what comes to mind first

Get it custom done by someone who knows wtf there doing.

Your local shop makes them. Tell them to use mandrel bends, if they dont have them go to a shop that does, if no one has them (which they should, or should be able to buy them) ask them what they would need (aka 3 45 deg, 1 180 deg, ect)

Go 3". with 2 mufflers (or one muffler and a resonator). Find out what glasspacks they have available, anything similar to magnaflow should be good.

Unless you grab one when they have their 15-20% off sales. Thats how Jake got the one for his Dad's B6. But then it got modified to 3" to the Y.


034 sells a 3" exhaust for the B5. IIRC its around $725
