RNS-E to play DVD's

does anybody know if you can re-code the RNS-E radio to play dvds?? tried searching but came up with nothing.

The RNS-E itself cannot play DVDs, period.

However, you can get an external source and have the image played on the RNS-E. I don't recall the exact model/part number but it's made by dietz.

There is tons of information about this on www.audiforum.us. Often referred to as VIM hack (Video In Motion).

You will have to upload a hacked version of the firmware, change some settings with a vag-com and be fairly knowledgeable about computers/software. In other words, it's not as simple as downloading your favorite DVD on a torrent.
