does your clutch pedal feel fine when you press down? any leaking fluid? can you shift gears when the car is off? It sounds like the pressure plate to me

    Re: Clutch Slave Cylinder

Could be slave cylinder or broken pressure plate. Same thing happened to me and it was a broken pressure plate. But since you have a brand new pp, it's probably (hopefully) the slave cyl.

    Re: Clutch Slave Cylinder

Did you bleed the clutch system enough? It doesnt sound like a slave tho. If it just doesnt work and now it does, that weird. Let us know of some more symptoms.

    Re: Clutch Slave Cylinder

Sounds like a bad pressure plate. Exactly what my car did. Who did your clutch install and how long ago? Do you have any problems putting the clutch to the floor?

Doesn't Vast use the RS4 PP too? This is what their site says:
"All pressure plates used will be a genuine Audi RS4."
