I have a 99.5 A4 with a apr tune and was wondering does my car have a limp mode, since the throttle is connected thru a cable. I hit 17psi all day. Does limp exist in 2000 to 2001 models? I not sure.

limp mode on DBW usually means overboosting and limp on DBC usually means MAF from my experience.

What do you mean usually the MAF? How does that affect the car?

When you are Dbc you have limp mode with your n75 giving you 5psi of boost but if you have a MBC you wont get it.

limp mode can be caused by a few things in a nDBW car.

    throttle is a usual suspect
